Size 48 = UK 16 but this blouse would fit size 12 or small 14 best as it is vintage and sizin was smaller in 50's

It is in very good condition - it does have light signs of wear under the arms and one button has been replaced with a pearl button 

The three original buttons were covered with lace but the centre button is now the engraved with flowers pearl button - last photo

There are no buttonholes and it is closed using poppers which do not show.
