This is a Thrilling Sports Magazine from Spring 1947.  It appears to be in very good condition, the pages are intact, the back cover intact, and only some chips out of the cover itself. 

I am not a trained evaluator, nor am I a collector, so I can't speak to an official grade or condition, but you can ask any questions and I will do my best to give honest feedback.
