Royal Blue. Cob size "Westernway Tack" safety head collar. Made with 25 mm nylon webbing, attached to stretchy rubber rings and fastened in 4 places with hook and loop (Velcro) Allowing for a small amount of  adjustment. Also features a welded metal D ring to attach the lead rope. Very light weight and flexible. Fully machine washable too. Free p&p.  I can make other sizes and different colours.
