Ercol Sofa Day Bed Blonde Wood Model 355 Mid Century Elm and Beech Mid Century

Another timeless classic by Ercol, the sofa is model number 355.The Studio Couch was designed by Lucian Ercolani in 1958 and manufactured by Ercol in the 1960s/70s. Constructed from solid English Elm & Beech with stunning grain to the solid elm back support. This is the most desirable blonde (beech) model. It is a versatile piece that serves as both a comfortable couch and a functional daybed. It is currently upholstered in a vibrant floral pattern.

CONDITION

The upholstery does have some fading along the top. It could be re-upholstered. The frame work and spindles are in very good condition. No damage or dings, some slight markings on the legs which could be seen to.
