This listing is for one Valance. The Measurments are 42"Wide (across)x 14”long (from top to bottom). There is a 1” ruffle on top of the rod pocket. The rod pocket fits a 1" standard rod. All of my valances are very carefully handcrafted. All of my items are new and come from a pet free and smoke free studio
