Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent by express delivery) depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time are approximate. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses due to a delay in shipment or other non-performance caused or imposed by the carrier, strike, fire, disasters, act of God...

Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. If you are not sure to pay for this item, please do NOT order it!
Non-payment will lead to a case opening on ebay and may possibly lead to your account suspension as well. 

We accept payment by any of the following methods:

What is shown on the pictures is what is sold! So please pay attention to the description before buying.

Return may be accepted only on case by case basis.

Contact us within 48h after receiving your item. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer except in the case we shipped the wrong item.

No return will be accepted without a return authorization. Please contact us within 2 days after reception of your order and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before returning merchandise. 

A restocking fees of 20%, with a minimum of $50 fee, will apply on any return (except in the case we made the error), and a credit note will be issued for the buyer after reception and control of the item returned. All return will be tested before any credit note will be given.

We do NOT refund the amount you paid for shipping, duties, taxes or any other charges you had at delivery at your location. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a $30 flat fee on return if the original packaging is not included. Other fees associated with missing items such as manuals, cables..., are also subject to additional fees depending on the item not returned.

The return policy does NOT cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was altered by you, or services performed by anyone else
