SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• For most items, UK mainland shipping is free and will be shipped no later than next working day of cleared payment. Scotland & Islands will incur extra charge.

• If you would like faster shipping we can offer a £5.99 express delivery (Mainland only) option for most of our items. You must pay shipping charges at checkout, these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Very large and heavy items, such as engine, transmission body parts and some other parts can only be collected from our premises. If you wish to send your own courier and want us to pack your item there will be an extra charge depending on the part size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship most items worldwide, but some items cannot be shipped to some countries (especially big and heavy items such as engine as well as flammable ones, or airbags).

• We use eBay Global Shipping Program to send our parts abroad. Postage fee will be calculated automatically by eBay at checkout.

• We're not responsible for any customs fees that may occur within your country.

RETURNS

• We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item

• If you are reporting that item is faulty, only PROFESSIONAL explanation by the garage will be accepted (scanned or photographed diagnostic report)

• If you've got the wrong item and want to return it that's. it a problem at all - we WON'T charge you restocking fee. Just simply open a return on eBay choose a reason: changed my mind or part doesn't fit and your return will be automatically approved by eBay.

• All our parts are marked and will be inspected once received.

Only parts with our mark and in original pictured condition will be refunded.

• If the item was damaged during shipment - you MUST give us PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.

• We're not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.

• Return shipping costs are BUYER'S responsibility.
