A stunning Peruvian doll with a beautifully crafted face and detailed handsewn dress. The base colour of the outfit is black but it is awash with bright reds, yellows and blues.
She has a metallic necklace with metallic tassels coming down from it along with a beaded necklace, small beads decorate her hat.
She is holding a baby swaddled in a papoose with intricate hand stitched detail.
The doll and baby themselves are made from a smooth, shiny porcelain ~ absolutely beautiful to see and touch.
This item was donated used but is in excellent condition.
