Policy
We make every effort to describe each item as best as we can, and ask that you please read the listing in its entirety. Buyers are responsible for knowing the functional operation and final testing prior to implementing for service.
 
We do not use stock photos, all pictures of sale items are taken in our showroom. 
 
Payment Terms
We accept payment through credit cards, PayPal and EBay. Payments are due within 2 days of auction close or agreement to purchase. If payment is not received, an unpaid case will be opened per eBay policy.
 
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the receipt of the equipment.  All returned items must be in original condition, packaging, sealed and unused, with tamper tag intact. We reserve the right to reject the item after inspection, which include items with physical damage or incomplete packaging, incomplete items. Items being sold as "For Parts Only" are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
 
FREIGHT SHIPPING- Please do not accept any deliveries that show signs of damage and contact us immediately.  International freight arrangements will be the buyer’s responsibility. 

Shipping Terms
Items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received.  Items will not ship on Saturday and Sunday. All items are packaged and shipped professionally. Flat rate fees are for Continental US shipping ONLY.  Alaska, Hawaii and all other NON Contiguous Territories will be priced accordingly.
 
We do offer international shipping. Please note that buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges on arrival to your country. All exporters will be responsible for items received.
 
Taxes are collected through EBay per state requirements.

FDA Regulation and Certification
The sale of this item may be subject to strict regulations by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies.  If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser.  If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.  The item has been cleaned and handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
