As shown in the photos, some cases have the top flap of the box removed (presumably to allow access to the individual boxes in a store). It will be chance as to whether the case(s) that you receive will have a flap or no flap. The top flap on the top of the case has no impact on the quality/condition of the bulbs themselves.
