Listing is for what I believe to be a "Vintage Steel or Die Cast Model"  of a World War I (WWI)  German Fokker Tri-Plane such as the type flown by the German Air Services Ace...The Red Baron. I'm saying it's Steel or Die Cast because of it's weight...It "could be"  "white pot metal"  but it doesn't sound like pot metal and it seems to be too heavy. I know very little about this unique Model...It could be 75-100 years old....It could be 10 years old....I really don't know much about it. It (and 2 others of different WW I Planes), of similar construction)  was found in the Basement of an old home purchased by a friend who passed them on to me some time ago. I just stumbled across them as I was cleaning out my basement of some clutter. The "only markings are ..It's stamped Japan on the Back and the Number 1159. It measures about 17" long by 8" high.   Check them out...they're pretty cool for display purposes. They have hooks molded into the back to allow for a hanging wire. Please e-mail if you have any questions. I have "No Idea" of their Value...The market will determine that...  Thanks for looking - Please check my other Listings ...
