1)      If you have questions, contact us.

2)      We don’t overcharge for shipping and we automatically send combined shipping refunds whenever we can.  Buy with confidence!

3)      If you buy something, and then tell us you accidentally used the wrong shipping address, we will cancel your purchase and allow you to re-buy it after you correct your shipping address.

4)      If there’s a problem with your purchase, contact us BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK. We would rather correct the problem than get bad feedback. We are very flexible when it comes to fixing problems.

5)      If you don’t receive your shipment, 99.9% of the time it’s the post office’s fault. Once we ship it, we aren’t responsible for it, but we CAN offer advice on how to deal with the post office.

6)      We don’t ship books with models. If you buy both, you pay shipping for both.

7)      We try to describe our items as accurately as possible so that you know exactly what you’re getting.

8)      Once we post our listings we don’t change them.
