Please note that this item is not suitable for Ford Focus, Ford Focus ST or RS, Ford C-Max, Kuga or Transit Connect. These vehicles have specific steering racks/programming. Interchanging these units can cause programming compatibility issues resulting in steering failure.

Please send your vehicle registration number so we can confirm this is the correct item.

Please send us any fault codes you may have from your vehicle relating to your steering issue, we can review this for you and offer advice and assistance.

THIS IS AN EXCHANGE ITEM

WE REQUIRE THE RETURN OF THE OLD UNIT AFTER REMOVAL FROM THE VEHICLE.

Your warranty is not activated until we have received the old unit.

It is a requirement of the purchase that the old steering rack is returned to us. Please DO NOT make the purchase if you are unwilling or unable to return the old unit. As a remanufacturer we rely on the old steering rack to maintain the supply of these items.

Please return the old unit within 21 days of purchase to activate your warranty. If this isn't possible, please call us to make alternative arrangements.

WE CAN SUPPLY A RETURN LABEL FREE OF CHARGE IF REQUIRED.

You will require a printer for this and we will require your email address to send out the label.

To request a label:

Call us when the old steering rack has been securely packed and is ready to return.
We will require the dimensions of the parcel - Length x Width x Height. We cannot arrange the label without this.
We will also require an email address to send the label to.
We will then email the label to you; you will need a printer to print this off.
Attach the label to the parcel and drop it in at any Post Office.

Your warranty is not activated till we have received the old unit.

It has been completely disassembled and all components have been examined for wear and damage, any components which fall outside our stringent standards are replaced. Following reassembly, it is subject to rigorous testing on our state-of-the-art equipment. It has been pre-programmed with the latest Ford software and is ready to install.

Warranty	The item comes with a 24-month warranty (starting from the date of purchase and is limited to the purchase price of the item, we do not cover the cost of diagnostics, labour and transport). If a replacement item is requested, we will require payment for this prior to dispatch.
Shipping	Items are shipped on a 48-hour delivery service (Monday to Friday) to the UK mainland, this is not guaranteed as unforeseen problems can occur (this does not include the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands where an extended shipping time may apply, please contact us for a quote). Thank you. We do not ship to the Channel Islands or Internationally.

Returns	If you are having a problem or you wish to return an item please contact us directly so we can assist you in any way we can. I’m afraid we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation; this is just a formality which allows us to track the return and offer a quick refund. If you use eBay's return option, please note the following. Due to new rules imposed by eBay where sellers are financially penalises for items sent back as defective, we now perform a full test on all returned products. Any buyer who returns an item as defective, but is found to be in good working order must be reported to eBay under these new rules.
