Our wedding dresses are all made to order, it means that from the moment of the order confirmation, a production process is starting. from sourcing fabrics and materials, pattern creation, cutting and sewing, fittings and alterations, embellishments, details, finishing touches, quality control packaging and delivery.

Two options for size order:

1. STANDARD SIZE CHART 

For better results before choosing a size use a measure tape to measure yourself: a. Bust b. Waist c. Hips d. Hollow to floor.

Then check the size chart carefully to select the size. 

After placing an order, please send us the measurements for reference.

It's recommended not to select the size directly based on your habits. 

2. CUSTOM MADE (Free)

If you decided on custom size please send us a message after ordering, with the following measurements: 1. Bust 2. Waist 3. Hips 4. Hollow to Floor (barefoot) 5. Wedding Shoe heel height.

In case of a dress having Sleeves, please add: 7. Sleeve Length 8. Upper arm circumference.

Please allow 10 - 12 working days to fulfil your order (before ship) with a quality control to make sure everything is perfect!

Returns & Refunds

A. Standard size chart dress

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package if you are not satisfied and under the following circumstances:

• If you need to return a standard size made-to-order dress, we will issue a refund with a charge of 30% of the item cost for materials, restocking and handling fee.

• Item Condition: the Item must be in unworn, unused, in re-saleable condition, tags attached and with the original product packaging to be eligible.

• Return frame time: in a case of a return, the request including sending the item back to us, must be within the 14 days of receiving the package.

• Size Reasons: requests with size reasons will get a onetime tailor adjustment (Alterations) with no option to return.

• Shipping & Return costs: shipping costs are nonrefundable; buyer pays for the return.

• Items damaged: Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession are not eligible for returns.

B. Custom Made Dress

• Custom made dresses are not eligible for returns

C. Order Cancelation

• Cancellations are free within the initial 2 days for any reason.

• If the buyer cancels a wedding dress after production's begun (2 days), we'll deduct 30% - 80% of the item cost.

• After shipping the item, cancelations will not be accepted.
