Blue Face Wearing a Rabbit Mask &Lipstick. One of a Kind. Unknown Origin. Hand-carved & Painted

I have researched the heck out of this mask. It is the only one like it in the world, I think. There was a similar one on an international selling site, but it sold long ago and I can't find out anything about it. I have learned that there are several cultures that use ceremonial masks, but this isn't even one of those, because it's not practical (only ornamental). So, it's not actually a mask. It's art. If it WERE a mask, it'd be a mask ... of a mask with a mask. Very meta theatrical. And I don't know if it's from Indonesia, or Mexico, or one of the other places known for masks. If I had to guess, I'd guess one of those Indonesian islands. 

It's quite large. It measures 14" x 6.5" x 3" It appears to be carved from one piece of wood.
