This is a 3/8" Makita 9.6v cordless drill/driver kit. This is a previously used item. I believe the charger still works as you can see from the photos that the red charging light comes on when I put a battery in. The battery I had for this kit however does not hold a charge as it is too old. I am thus not including a battery. I have another good battery that is being sold with a second Makita kit I have listed on Ebay.  The drill however does not work when that working battery is inserted. This kit can be for parts or you may be able to repair the drill if you have a working battery. Pricing is reduced because of this.

The case has the plastic clips intact to hold it closed. See photos.
