Measured across the front when laying flat the top is: 18 inches across the chest measured under the arms, 18 inches across the bottom hem,25 inches shoulder to bottom hem, 23 inches down the outside of the sleeve.

Pants are: 12 inches across the waist with the elastic relaxed, 17 inches with it fully stretched, 19 inches across the hip, 10 inch rise, 27 inch inseam, 8 inches across the bottom hem of the pant leg.
