This is a cast aluminum traveler car and matching cam cleats for 1” T-track. It was made in England by IYE. The car is a heavy aluminum casting with a stainless steel pin; all bolts axles, nuts, etc. are stainless steel. Overall this traveller measures 8” long from edge to edge of the cleat mounting pads. The cam cleats operate perfectly and smoothly, and the springs are strong. The cams themselves are in excellent condition, and appear to be made of a glass-filled nylon similar to Marelon. The nylon wheel bearings below show normal wear but have no splits, cracks or deterioration. It appears that one of the sheaves has been replaced at one point as one is black, the other white.

There is no rust or corrosion anywhere on this traveller. One of the bolts holding a cam cleat platform has about a 2 degree lean from the perpendicular (see last photo). While perfectly functional, either of these stainless bolts could of course be replaced but I think it’s not at all necessary.
