The first floor is a storefront expression. The height can be changed according to the image and layout.
The middle floor is composed of two units of two floors each: base + 1st floor + 2-3 floors + 4-5 floors + 6-7 floors + 8-9 floors + roof.
The medium and large buildings (sold separately) share the same parts with this integrated building, so they can be reconfigured to be two-story units.
Rooftop billboard included.
