petticoat winter quilted reversible red/brown cotton waist 28 19th c authentic

Original late 19c winter petticoat
1. original not reproduction,
2. wonderful item
3. very good condition
4. red calico on one side brown on the other
5. no holes, not torn,
6. batting stops about 6 in. front the top, so the top is not as puffy as the rest
7. flat across the front, gathered in the back
8. bottom half is quilted in circles, top half quilted in straight lines around
9. brown binding on the bottom is lightly worn
10. brown side is patched at the top, and shows wear, probably rubbing against a corset
11. heavy cord at waist is well attached
12. all over light fading
approximate measurements
1. waist 28 when tied tightly, could gain some inches by not tying the cord tight
2. length 34 in.
3. around the bottom 96 in.
