Our India Hicks Tassel Boot in sustainably sourced Spanish leather, are the epitome of luxury. Exclusively cut for us close to the ankle for a more feminine fit, and with a scallop detail at the zip panel and a leather tassel on the pull. These Handmade boots are water resistant and are being freshly launched in Slate Grey, with the finest of detailing seen in contrasting pale dove-egg blue and an elegant slim leather sole. A wonderfully practical boot, made to last, and worn by HRH Catherine, Princess of Wales. They encase the leg beautifully giving a sleek, leg-lengthening, and elegant silhouette, and are available in 2 sizes; Standard and Generous.
Spanish leather upper from a gold-rated tannery in accordance with LWG. Exterior zip and tassel detail on a leather sole. Made in Spain.
LEATHER CARE: Apply some Leather Feed with a soft dry cloth and buff up as much as you want with the Beech Buffing Brush. For a more nourishing and protecting treatment, use our Leather Cream to revitalise the colour of your leather.
Softly wipe away dirt and dust with a dry Application Cloth or Beech Mud Brush for more stubborn mud.
Payment
We accept PayPal, cheque, Postal Order. If you live locally we can also organise collection in person. Buyers outside the UK we ask if you can pay via PayPal ONLY as this is the safest and easiest method of payment for both of us. We do not accept money/bank transfers from buyers outside the UK.
Shipping
With every transaction we will email you to advise that you that the item is on its way, therefore you are aware of when to expect your new purchase. Should you require your tracking number please email once you've had your dispatch email.
All items will be sent Recorded Delivery or for higher value items Next Day Delivery within the UK. All items sent overseas will be sent by guaranteed International 'Signed For' service.
Terms of Sale
Your item will be despatched within 5 working days but we can react quicker if there is a specific request or need.
Any buyer paying by e-cheque or cheque, the item will be posted to you once it clears or when Postal Order arrives.
We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas customers) Items must be returned in the condition that they arrived to you in. Those items must be labelled as a RETURN to avoid any unnecessary customs charges that would be deducted from monies owed. Refunds are ONLY accepted for clothing that does not fit or if there is an error with the listing. Postage CANNOT be refunded. Please bear in mind when bidding that some of the items in our store are used, all significant signs of use are described as best as as possible through the description and photos. We recommend all pre-owned items of clothing purchased are dry-cleaned before use.
We will refund you via the method in which you paid. A standard dispute will be filed via eBay in which we can officially claim that the transaction has not completed. If there is an issue or delay with payment beyond 48 hours please email us to advise. We don't want unnecessary unpaid dispites being opened if we know payment is on its way. Please attempt to resolve all issues directly with us before leaving feedback. We ask all issues/questions are sent through eBay and not through the email address to which is registered.
