56 capacitors replaced with high quality replacements.

All front panel buttons have been cleaned and tested, laser pickup lightly cleaned.

Sled rails and gearing have been cleaned and lubricated.

This unit is in overall very good cosmetic condition considering it's age.

Note front panel overlay is slightly bubbled near the volume and phones jack (see pics)

This unit has been tested with a brand new condition store bought CD.

These transports will not reliably play burned discs.

Please note that in accordance with the factory service manual, the sometimes troublesome IR sensor has been disabled with jumper wires in the rear port.

No remote is included.

A brand new power cord is included. Also included are all of the old original capacitors for your reference.

The two front illumination lamps have been replaced with frosted dome LED lamp replacements.

The heat generated from the original incandescent lamps can and will degrade nearby plastics over time.

This is a vintage unit and as such is being sold AS IS and with NO RETURNS.
