A fair to good copy of this first edition of The Sunny Side or The Country Minister's Wife, a religious-themed novel by Elizabeth Wooster Stuart Phelps, Andover, Massachusetts author.   

Covers show some wear; scrapes along the spine where it meets the rear cover; binding cracked open in several places but all holding together pretty firmly.   Some browning and staining throughout, but mostly fairly minor (I've tried to show the worst in my photos).
