These are two bowls that were purchased in Japan several years ago.  My friend gifted them to me when she became very ill.  They are in excellent condition.  They will be carefully wrapped to assure safe arrival upon purchase.

They are 5" in diameter and 3" deep.  They are a very pleasing symmetrical design.  I believe they are rice bowls but could be put to use as a soup bowl or cereal bowl or simply kept as a lovely decorative item.  The mark on the bottom is Japanese and I do not know what it says.
