PS - This is a plate block that must have ten stamps in it to be complete, and the format of the plate block was changed on this number and a few others. This format, altered the traditonal style of the plate block following the selvage with plate numbers on each stamp, to extending the stamps away from the selvage. This is something that cannot be achieved by following the selvage, which would only give up a two stamp plate block. There are a few Scott numbered stamps that follow this format, usually when groups of five stamps were combined.
