- either by us via postal services such as Royal Mail, or
- on our behalf by Amazon under a service called Fulfilled by Amazon directly from their distribution centres. Various carriers may be assigned to perform the service and we have no influence as to the choice Amazon makes (Amazon cooperates with Royal Mail, Amazon Logistics, DHL, DPD, UPS to name a few).
