Our Shipping Policy

We have 2 business day handling time. We always provide a tracking number which will be updated once the order ships. Shipping delivery to US ETA is 3-5 business days; Canada ETA 6-10 business days; and World Wide 11- 30 business days. We carry products from different manufacturers and designers, each has its own size chart. Message us if your package is still not delivered after the time frame above expired.

To Return an Item for Exchange or Refund:

We return shipping costs only if the item was:

1) Shipped Incorrectly

2) Arrived with Stains or Tears

3) Product Lost in Transit

We do not cover shipping costs if the item is not as expected.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is returned in the condition that was sent. Buyers should return the product within 30 days after purchase.

Send us the item tracking number and a picture of the product you want to exchange for a faster resolution.

Exchanges will ship within 1-2 business days upon the date of return. A new tracking number will be provided for reference. Re-shipment is totally free.

In case of a refund, please allow from 2 to 7 business days from the date your return is delivered to us (international shipments may take up to 6 weeks) and the final value fee will credited back to the issuing account, depending on each financial institution or system used. If you haven't received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact eBay for further clarification.
