We offer a 120-day warranty on all items sold. One we have been contacted; we will send prepaid packaging for the item in question. Upon receipt, we will either exchange the item at no charge or issue a refund if the item is unsatisfactory or unavailable.  Misuse, abuse, purposeful destruction, dead/inoperative battery, fluid contamination, etc. will not be covered.
