Released at the third GI Joe Official convention in Florida at the Kennedy Space Center in 1996.  Out of production for almost 25 years now.  We obtained the remaining stock of these from the convention promoter over 10 years ago and lost them in our warehouse.  Recent cleaning up located them.  Supplies are limited.  Check our other listings for 4 years of these rare items!
