With the new Dension CarKit GATEWAY Lite you can retrofit your vehicle an iPod interface and a USB port and your maintaining factory car radio or navigation system. The quality components of the GATEWAY Lite provide this best sound quality - no matter if you listen to music directly from your iPod or reproduced via the USB port music from a USB stick. The GATEWAY Lite supports music formats "MP3", "WMA" and "WAV".

About the USB port, see USB sticks, USB hard drives or USB MP3 player are easily connectable. The GATEWAY Lite also recognizes the USB playlists stored on the format "M3U" and "PLS".

Activation:

Select the GATEWAY interface by pressing the "CD changer" button and then select the "6" button the desired music source (USB or iPod)

USB:

Put on your USB storage device any number of folders. Pro folder as many titles can also be stored, but the display of most radio stations can represent more than 99 titles. each folder can then be selected by pressing the FF / REW button.

iPod:

Connect the iPod / iPhone, and control these / this. With usual comfort via the click wheel or touch screen During playback, the display shows "CD1" shows.

Please note that the GATEWAY Interface in conjunction with the radio buttons has no iPod control ability and also does not support Liedtitel- or artist synchronization!

Android (USB)

Who his latest Apple device with Lightning connector on the DENSION GATEWAY Lite 3 (GWL3xxx) want to connect this needs to, in our accessories optional, Dension Lightning adapter.

Here, the installation of the Lightning adapter is directly at the iPod port on the GATEWAY model.

The provided USB port is perfect for connecting the Dension USB Lightning cable (IPLC1GW) or alternatively, the Dension Car Holder (IP5LCRU / IP5LCRP)
