Runway™ BC3 Trunk Mount Bike Rack (MPG2142) by Malone®. Hold up: 3 Bikes. Bike Attachment Type: Frame. Bike Mounting Type: Hanging. For quality versus value, it's hard to find a better carrier than the MPG2142 RunWay HM3. This three bike system utilizes six straps and oversize tubing to stabilize and secure the carrier. Featuring quick-release hubs that easily adjust the carrier to the vehicle. The soft frame cradles gently support the bikes and a cam buckle load strap is included to reduce sway and eliminate wheel rotation.
Notes:
- Bikes can be locked to carrier if one uses the MPG 2168 Loop Lock 1". Sold separately
- May need to use the MPG2165 Top Tube Adapter with step through frames or other unconventional frames. Sold separately
- May not be compatible with vehicles that have plastic spoilers over rear hatch
- Not compatible with tandem, recumbent and electric bikes
