Each has a sticker but the information has worn off; Unknown Maker and Date of Manufacture.
Believed to be 'Crystal Legends' by Godinger, made in Romania- due to shape and size of sticker.
Tall cut-to-clear cobalt blue cylinder hurricane-style candle lamps with separate round bases.
Raised base with inset candle holder- suitable for stick/ taper candles. 
Very good condition- no known flaws or damage.
Sold as a set with both candle holders.
