This OEM upper center LED third brake light came from a 2003 Cadillac Escalade (SUV). THIS WILL ONLY FIT THE SUV NOT THE TRUCK EXT VERSION. The lamp lens has no cracks or chips. The lamp is tested as shown in the first few photos with no LEDs out. The lens has no cracks. All three screw mounts on the back are fully intact, they did all need to be bolstered with epoxy due to cracks at the base of them. OEM part # 15044516. Please refer to the closeup photos to verify condition and match to the application you need.
