This set contains five of the "Album of..." series of books from the 1960s and 1970s.

This set contains two hardcover books and three paperbacks.

As you can see from the photos, these books have some defects. One has some severe wrinkling to the interior pages along the spine; one has damage to the interior binding; one has stickers on the inside front cover; one has some discoloration to the first few interior pages and sticker residue on the front cover; several have some folding, creasing, or other wear to the corners of the covers and pages.

The legendary pair of Tom McGowen and Rod Ruth worked on some of these books. Marguerite Henry (author of historical-fiction childrens' classics "Misty of Chincoteague", "Justin Morgan Had a Horse", and many more) wrote the horse book. Wonderful paintings and pencil drawings adorn nearly every page of these volumes.

Despite some cosmetic damage, all the interior pages are readable and the books are not at all falling apart. Many more hours of education and entertainment remain to be discovered with them, and adults can learn just as much from them as children.
