I believe this is a Whitehill block which has an older style knife clamping arrangement.

Whitehill make blocks for a number of retailers to sell with their own logo i.e Axminster, JMJ, etc.

The knives are held in by standard pins and clamped with a jacking wedge 18mm hex.

This is a steel block and has suffered slightly with corrosion but is serviceable.

I am including a pair of knives and limiters Whitehill No. 87.

The bore is 30mm, 125mm  dia and 55mm  high.

Max cutting circle is 175mm

Suitable for manual feed 4500 - 8000 rpm
