These where widely and quickly privately purchased direct from barbour before being deployed to the falklands , the added  Military pockets and loops would have no doubt been tailored and added in transit these jackets are widely shown in photos being worn by the British Parachute regiment officers during the Falklands War conflict , the jacket came with a cold weather DPM 1980 dated liner, which was crudely stitched inside. The jacket is made of high-quality materials and a classic and clearly well-worn babour jacket c1979/80, as it has its original the solway zipper which has had a fragments of Parachute cloth tied to!

It is a great addition to any collection and is sure to impress any military enthusiast.

Sadly not named the two white name labels are both washed out but all Military parts are all correct and period, there are a few medical bits found in one of the pockets, the jacket ket still has its para wings correctly sticked to the right army and an interesting small Argentine flag tin pin badge to the collar clearly battlefield pick up
