Antique Mid 19th C. Wooden Butter Mold Print Stamp w. Chip Carved Sheath of Wheat
- For your consideration is a beautiful antique butter print stamp with a handle
- All hand made from one piece of turned hard wood
- Finely chip carved sheath of wheat with two laurel branches on each side
- Circa mid/late 1800's, found in New England
- Measurements: Approx. 3.25" tall x 4.25" diameter (across)
- Weighs about 3 oz.
- Condition: Good overall. Warm old wooden patina developed over time. Unobtrusive, repaired back in time crack at the base, due to natural split of the wood. Please see photos.
