The replacement handsets show some general signs of use, and have some scratches and spots, but appear to be in good usable condition.  I made some phone calls with both units, and didn't notice any issues.  The units come as pictured.

I am including the batteries that came with the phones, but  can't guarantee how long they'll work before you need to replace them.  Please see photos for actual condition of items.  Thanks for looking!
