  • Here is a beautiful pair of early Tibetan-Chinese cup covers in the shape of temple chimes
  • Gilded solid silver, very finely decorated with blooming lotus, other floral motifs and meanders 
  • Reticulated (the left one) to some extent with symbolic endless/eternal Buddhist knots 
  • The top finials are made out of polished red coral
  • Deep hand gilding, exceptional pieces with ritualistic significance
  • One may imagine the quality of the cups which this pair was intended to cover and compliment. Possibly and very likely - Imperial porcelain or delicate rare Jade
  • Authentic Sino-Tibetan antique pair, circa 18th century


  • Measurements: Approximately 4.5" diameter (across) x 2.75" tall
  • Weighs 172 g = 6 oz.
