motto sampler framed No place like Home 22x18 x1 original antique 19th c 1860s

Old period punch paper mid 1800s motto, There is no Place Like Home
1. original frame, all in good condition, not perfect
2. this is a lemon gold frame, some minor discoloration on the bottom
3. motto is an original design
4. notice the lady standing in the doorway on the left, the tiny windows in the attic, and the stairs to another doorway on the right
5. the stitching all seems to be good
6. the silver flakes are from the back, I believe this has a foil back and foil is deteriorating
7. this style predates the long narrow mottoes often seen in Oak leaf frames
8. unusual folksy design
9. this is original glass, a couple of small bubbles
10. from estate here in NH
