Due to non-paying bidders we require immediate payments by Paypal only. According to Paypal policy items must be shipped to the billing addresses. In some circumstances we allow our customers to pay by bank transfer. You will just need to contact us and enquire for private auction.

All orders placed till 1:00 pm (UTC+1 zone) will be shipped same business day. All others next business day. However payment status must be completed first. Once order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you won't receive ordered product for suspicious time please contact us to help you with the tracking. We ship worldwide. Shipping method depends on the destination country. We ship by priority mail and express mail. Both method are insured and trackable. Shipping by Global Expres includes below countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Hongkong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA.
Orders to all other countries will be delivered by priority mail.
Shipping costs depends on the location and weight of the item. To get total amount you need to go to the listing page, click on the „Shipping and payments”. Put quantity, choose your country and click „Get Rates”. After that system will calculate total cost including shipping.

If you are not satisfied with our products you can return them up to 14 days after receiving. However shipping costs must be covered by the buyer unless it's our fault (item not as described). The goods must be sent back in the same condition as received and include original box. Please also download „return form” from this link, which must be completed in manuscript and send it with the product to our store address. In the customs form please mark it as a „return”.
You can also replace all of our products if they are available in our stock. If you prefer refund we will return you the money up to 2 business days from date of receiving ordered product.

We are sending out the items from Poland, country which is in European Union so if your country is also in EU you can order unlimited quantities without any additional costs. Customers from outside European Union may be charged additional costs by their local customs. However we haven't noticed any problems with customs from our customers. Orders which contain 1-3 pairs of trainers are fine but orders in large amounts may cause additional costs.
