SOLES
VIBRAM® CLIMBER EVO
The high-performance VIBRAM® SCALATORE EVO sole was designed for high mountain climbers. The profile of the sole with rubber blend, the contact surface and the "Climbing Zone" in the tip of the sole allow precise support and good grip.

CLIMBING ZONE
Part in the front area of ​​the sole with special structure for precise support on easy climbs.

Vibram®
Very valid Vibram® rubber sole produced by the Italian company famous for its quality.

MIDSOLE
Approx. 20%: Thermoplastic polyurethane
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is similar to classic polyurethane in many aspects, but is distinguished from the latter by the way it is produced, which gives it greater resistance to abrasion and slipping, as well as very high resistance to creases and tears . Furthermore, thanks to the improved resistance to atmospheric agents, the characteristics of the TPU soles remain constant even in the event of temperature changes, which makes them particularly effective for our winter leisure models.

Approx. 80%: Polyurethane (PU)
Polyurethane (PU) is a soft plastic that has excellent shock-absorbing properties and is therefore mainly used for midsoles. Thanks to the PU content, the soles become lighter and more flexible in their function.

INNER SOLE
Approx. 10%: Mesh
The mesh fabric is made up of many small meshes, normally made of polyester or nylon, and from a technical point of view it forms a grid which is created by threads connected to each other. Thanks to the particular manufacturing technique, this synthetic fiber fabric is particularly exuding, absorbs humidity, does not require special care, is fresh and creases little.

Approx. 40%: Polyester
Polyester is an artificial plastic fiber that is produced from petroleum. From a chemical point of view it is a polymer that can be processed to obtain many other different materials. Due to its chemical flexibility, polyester is lightweight, dries quickly, does not shrink and has high resistance to tearing and chafing.

Approx. 50%: Viscoelastic latex foam
The viscoelastic latex foam has a special polymer that gives it a particular shape memory. As soon as it senses body heat or pressure, the viscoelastic foam adapts perfectly to the profiles allowing a balanced distribution of weight and less load on the foot.

EXTERNAL MATERIAL
Approx. 90%: Suede
Suede represents the bottom layer of leather and is recognized by its stringy, pliable structure that produces a soft, lint-free surface. Due to its rough texture, suede is particularly durable and has very open pores. Depending on the desired look, the suede can remain untreated or be oiled or waxed.

Approx. 10%: Fabric
The specific characteristics of our natural and synthetic fabrics allow for optimal heat and moisture management and their close-fitting structure provides products with exceptional comfort.

LINING MATERIAL
100%: GORE-TEX
Shoes equipped with a GORE-TEX membrane are waterproof, windproof and breathable.

FUNCTIONS
X-LACING®
Secures the tongue with the laces and prevents it from slipping.

C4-TONGUE
