Thankyou for viewing this Kingston SATA III 6gb internal 2.5" Solid State Drive SSD.

It is model number SA400S37/480G. Works with Windows 10 onwards. The interface is SATA 6gb. Has a read speed of 500mbps. It is a bare drive. Best suited for use in laptops and desktops.  Desktops may require the metal mounting adaptor I also have on sale seperately.

Included in the box will be the following items:

1.) Kingston 480gb SATA Solid State Drive.

The drive is in very good condition and has been fully tested. It has been fully formatted with NTFS and shows zero bad sectors in a CHKDSK. A Western Digital Lifeguard Quick Check shows a pass.

This will be dispatched in replacement packaging.

To connect to your computer, you will require a bay with SATA power and data connections. Fittings such as screws, adaptors and brackets are NOT included.

The drive will be supplied as one NTFS formatted partition. You can change the partition and format as you wish. The drive will be empty - so if you wish to use it as a boot drive, you simply need to install your operating system of choice.

NOTE: 480gb is the manufacturers unformatted disk capacity - once the drive has been formatted, it may appear to show marginally less available space. This is not a fault - it is standard industry practice.
