Used, has been on display for years in our house, looks in good condition, the box shows some marks and wear from being stored separately with all the other boxes we have.

Happy to take cash on collection if you would prefer to save the P&P costs and risk of posting. I'm happy to try and combine postage if you buy a number of our Lilliput Lane models as we are selling all we have.
