Strat guitar project with Fender Squier Neck – unusual configuration

I put this together to give me something to do (now that I am retired!). I am now looking for the next project to keep me occupied.

The neck is from an old Squire strat. The body is solid wood about 42mm thick, not sure what kind but very light. I stained and waxed it. It is in used condition with some marks, dents and imperfection to the finish. I don’t have a trem arm for it.

The Fender Squier neck is very comfortable, it looks like maple with a rosewood fretboard.

What is unusual is the pick up configuration. It is made up of two ‘blade’ humbuckers with individual switches to split into single coils giving a large range of tones for rock to country and all things in-between.
