Warm Tips

-The dock is self-powered and needs to be connected to the power adapter to work normally.

-This dock works with Thunderbolt 3 laptops with maximum 5Gbps data transfer rate, cannot reach 40Gbps.

-The extend or mirror mode can only be performed by connecting to the computer through the USB-C (host) port.

-For Chrome OS, the device is plug and play. For other system, the driver installation is required.  
 Please follow the instructions of the manual to download the latest driver.

-When we use the USB-C to C cable with USB-A converter, the computer cannot be charged through the USB-A interface.

-Offering 100W USB power delivery on PD 3.0, you can power laptops and other peripherals through your dock.
 Making sure that your laptop complies with USB PD charging and supports 100W charging power.
