There are a number of scuffs on the unit. Shows wear, age, scuffs, dust, etc. The lock mechanism on the neck doesn't seem very strong. 

The handle/neck will snap/lock into place and stay upright with a wand attached, but they can easily disengage without using the button. 

The trim piece on the neck has a crack (see last photo).
