Item: 2023 RIVER WILDLIFE - Counter Sheet of 25 - 1st class with Phosphor Error (single CENTRE BAND instead of two bands) in MNH condition, as received from the Post Office. Fresh, mint condition with light wrinkle to margin below Mayfly stamp from counter staff handling noted for completion.

These stamps withdrawn from sale within a few days of issue due to this error.

Presentation packs from this issue are scarce (sold at up to £110 recently) and sheets from this issue are *rare* - only seen from one other seller on eBay with a single sheet immediately after the error was discovered.
