Toy has been tested and works. Will require 3 AA batteries, not included. There is some green on the metal plates near the battery ports, but it doesn't affect the operation of the toy. It has been brushed off, and the battery contacts work fine.

About 11 1/2" high, and about 12" diagonal length from mouthpiece to speaker end.
