Vintage Sleeping Beauty & Figaro Double Puzzle Blocks Gong Bell 1959 NIP. Double Sided Wooden Puzzle sealed in original packaging!  Extremely rare sealed puzzle from Walt Disney's 1959 animated masterpiece, Sleeping Beauty. Starring the voices of Mary Costa and Eleanor Audley, the film is famed for its highly stylized influence by Eyvind Earle. The puzzle itself measures 9" tall by 7.5" wide.  Produced by The Gong Bell Mfg. Company, it's a heavy wooden puzzle, marketed as a Double Puzzle Block. Made from a thick slab of wood, one side features a cute, bright version of little toddler Briar Rose with her animal friends - rarely seen in this adolescent version! - while the second side features Figaro the Cat from Pinocchio.

This children's toy is super rare to find and more so because it's still sealed in the original poly bag. The top cardboard packaging has the catalog number, No. 7110, and other manufacturer info.

There's some minor storage wear around the edges of the pieces and to the bag. Curiously, there's a small worn spot to one of the Figaro pieces --- perhaps from storage, but I'm not sure how with it being sealed, so it could have a been a printer's defect; otherwise it's in very good condition.
